Kelsey sends a proof within 24 hours of your order. Once you approve it, allow about two weeks for production, longer on big bulk orders. Need it by a date? Put it in your order and we’ll tell you right away if it’s tight.

A PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI file. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) engrave the cleanest. A clear photo of a brand or sketch works for a quote, and we’ll redraw it.

Leather patch hats: no. You can order a single hat, and pricing drops at 2, 10 and 25 hats, with colorways mixed to reach a tier. Embroidered hats: no minimum either, with price breaks at 2, 10 and 25.

Yes. Every patch is genuine leather, in Natural or Rust, laser engraved and cut to shape.

Yes: flat and 3D puff embroidery on Richardson 112 truckers, with no minimum: order a single hat or a hundred. Embroidery includes designs up to 10,000 stitches; complex or larger designs are quoted separately. See Embroidery or design one in the Hat Builder.

DTF stands for direct to film. Your design is printed in full color onto a special film that you heat press onto shirts, hats or bags yourself. Kelsey makes her shirts the same way. Order transfers on the DTF transfers page, or have Kelsey print and press a shirt for you in the Shirt Builder.

Apparel prices include one standard front DTF design. Back, sleeve, or additional print locations are extra. Add $2 for 2XL and $3 for 3XL; larger sizes quoted by blank cost.

Leatherette tumblers are priced in the Engraving Builder, engraving included: 40 oz Leatherette Tumbler $45 each and 20 oz Leatherette Coffee Tumbler $30 each. Custom laser engraving starts at:

• Small items (tags, keychains): $10+
• Tumblers you supply (depends on your logo): $15+
• Boards and larger gifts: $20+
• Customer-supplied items: $15+

Final engraving price depends on the item, material, engraving area, and artwork. Custom artwork setup may be additional.

• Bulk tier is based on the quantity of the same item and decoration type in one order.
• Color, size, and blank availability may affect final pricing.
• Large prints, extra locations, specialty artwork, and detailed embroidery are quoted individually.
• Final quote is confirmed before production.

Digitizing (turning your logo into a stitch file) is a one-time fee per logo, $25 to $150 depending on how detailed it is. Reorders of the same logo are free. Kelsey confirms the fee on your proof.
