Order terms & privacy
How an order works, what you can count on, and how your information is used.
Order terms
- You get a proof, a mockup of your order, within 24 hours of ordering. Nothing is made until you approve it on your order page, and you can ask for changes as many times as you need first.
- Check the spelling, colors and placement on your proof. Leather and thread colors vary naturally from piece to piece.
- Production starts once you approve your proof. Allow about two weeks, longer on big bulk orders.
- Need it by a date? Tell us when you order. Rush orders only when Kelsey confirms them in writing, at a rush charge.
- You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your proof.
- Everything is made to order with your artwork, so once your proof is approved there are no refunds or exchanges. If it arrives damaged or doesn’t match your approved proof, Kelsey will make it right.
- Report a problem within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Pricing
From Kelsey’s price sheet:
- Apparel prices include one standard front DTF design. Back, sleeve, or additional print locations are extra. Add $2 for 2XL and $3 for 3XL; larger sizes quoted by blank cost.
- Back print: $5+ per item
- Left chest or sleeve print: $2 per item
- 2XL: +$2 per item
- 3XL: +$3 per item
- Rush order quoted by deadline.
- Bulk tier is based on the quantity of the same item and decoration type in one order.
- Color, size, and blank availability may affect final pricing.
- Large prints, extra locations, specialty artwork, and detailed embroidery are quoted individually.
- Final quote is confirmed before production.
- Final engraving price depends on the item, material, engraving area, and artwork. Custom artwork setup may be additional.
Your logo
By uploading artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, including any logos, brands, or team or school marks. We may decline any design.
Shipping and pickup
Pick up in Eckert for free, or have it shipped (USPS Ground Advantage). Shipping is priced by how many items are in your order, and every hat, shirt or tumbler counts as one. When your order ships, its tracking link appears on your order page.

Pickup is in Eckert, 9am to 5pm, or by special request. The pickup address is on your order page once your order is paid.
Payment
Card payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout once they’re switched on, coming soon. Your card details will go to Stripe and never reach us.
Pay by Venmo; in cash when you pick up in Eckert; or call or text Kelsey at 970-210-6394 to set up something else, like a check or an invoice. Card payments (with Apple Pay and Google Pay) are coming soon.
Our prices include card processing. No fees are added at checkout.
Colorado sales tax is added to your order: 6.5% on pickups in Eckert, and the rate where you live on orders shipped within Colorado.
Privacy
We collect what you type into our forms (your name, email, phone, shipping address, notes and messages), the artwork you upload, and your order details. We use them to make and deliver your order, send your proof and order updates, and answer your questions.
Stripe handles payments. Cloudflare hosts this site and stores orders and files. Resend sends our order emails. Deal and new-color emails go only to people who sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe any time.
Your cart is saved in your own browser until you check out. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
